Walnut nosing detail
We are pleased to be working with craftsmen https://oldschoolfabrications.co.uk/ on a stair at Greyfriars Charteris Centre.
They’ve made up this sample stair detail for approval. And it’s a work of art.

We’ve been working for 18 months on this refurbishment and new build at a former care home in the Trinity area of Edinburgh.
The project for local developer building 3 new houses and forming an additional 4 homes fitted within the existing buildings; trying to maintain as much of the existing fabric as possible. This environmentally friendly scheme has super insulated fabric, solar panels, EV charging, sustainable drainage and integrated landscape design. It received planning permission last year, the warrant this week and is due to start on site next month.
