Planning Appeal Granted
A decision by Edinburgh City Council planning department to refuse planning for a listed building in the Grange, Edinburgh has been appealed and we won! The decision was reviewed by the council’s own in-house team who have found in our favour and granted planning permission, the Scottish planning inspectorate reviewed the Listed Building Consent application and we won that too. Shouldn’t have been a contentious proposal in the first place!
We have 100% success rate in appeals, 3 for 3.
