9 Houses in Edinburgh

Konishi Gaffney have been working with a local developer on a scheme for 9 new houses in the Trinity area of Edinburgh.

Our application is in for planning permission and has been widely supported locally. Modern, energy efficient housing on a brownfield site, of scale and massing to reflect the neighbourhood and carefully designed to maximise space and light and avoid overlooking.

This project started in June 2023 and has felt like a competition: with a very competitive selection process on a tricky acute corner site with many bids. So we are pleased to have, in effect, won with the best scheme! Led by our enthusiastic and positive clients Mackenzie Residential.
