Pecha Kucha Night Edinburgh

Kieran and Makiko are showing some work at Pecha Kucha Night Edinburgh. 17th December 2009 7:30 – 9 pm.

Pecha Kucha Night was devised in Tokyo in February 2003 as an event for young designers to meet, network, and show their work in public. Drawing its name from the Japanese term for the sound of “chit chat”, it is based on a simple idea: 20 images x 20 seconds with each talk lasting around 7mins.

At Inspace (the Informatics Building at Edinburgh University) 1 Crichton Street, Edinburgh, EH8 9AB

The event is free but needs advance booking www.pecha-kucha.org/night/edinburgh/6

LIFT ARCHITECTS

Amazing drawing made to represent the construction process for a very interesting little exhibition project in California College of Arts. The project is most interesting for it’s use of 3D modelling and parametrics to auto-create this complex structure. LIFT ARCHITECTS
